What is it?

All companies have areas in their business where there is a need for Health & Safety compliance, whether that be PAT Testing, Electrical Testing, Gas Safety Certification, Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Testing, Fire Extinguisher testing & maintenance and a whole host of other areas.

In the main, companies pay for these things ‘as they go’, which can mean laying out quite large sums in one go but at Perspective Facilities, we’re aware of the need for all businesses to manage their cash flow, as a result, we’ve introduced The PF Compliance Plan where businesses simply pay a simple monthly fee and we take care of all of their compliance requirements for them.

How does it work?

We carry out an assessment of your specific needs (every company is unique and their requirements are different), we work out what the total cost of your requirements would be and then break that down in to 12 monthly payments.  You set up your Direct Debit or Standing Order and we simply schedule in all of the work and make sure that we keep you compliant.

You don’t have to worry about a thing.
